Spindle box

Two boxes (0-5, 5-9) with 55 wooden spindles meant for children who are familiar with number rods but not with sandpaper numbers.  The spindle box helps children count, it introduces the concept of zero, and helps children relate numbers with quantity.

These are standard Montessori material meant for schools. They can also be used by parents who are planning to homeschool the Montessori way. Handcrafted items will have natural variations.
