Stacker: ring

A plastic stacker with 5 differently coloured graded rings. It encourages motor coordination and also provides the first experience of seriation – understanding gradations in size.

Observing and understanding shapes and sizes when they are young helps children pick up math and geometry concepts when time comes. When they practice placing objects in order according to size, children are learning an important skill that will help them later with math concepts like greater than, less than and what comes before and after.
