Stencils: geometric

This set of 5 stencils is a great way to introduce basic shapes. The pieces are sturdy and colourful and children just learning to hold a pencil can trace both within and around them. They can fill them in with colour and examine the shapes. The hardboard stencils will withstand wear and tear in the classroom.  

Observing and understanding shapes and sizes when they are young helps children pick up math and geometry concepts when time comes.
