Animals and babies

A child has to match animals with their babies, sounds, and homes (eg. cat, kitten, mews, basket).
The exercise also helps build language and vocabulary. These are picture-word cards that can also be used for reading.    
Matching, pairing and sorting are important cognitive skills. They help with building attention span, planning and problem solving.

The box contains: 10 laminated cards of animals, 10 laminated cards of their babies and homes, 10 word strip cards of the sounds they make, and an instruction sheet.
